Katrina is a Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Instructor dedicated to supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, calming their nervous system, and empowering their own holistic healing. Her journey into wellness began in 2006, and consists of several disciplines that she has artfully integrated to create a multidimensional approach to care.
Katrina graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from Oxford College in 2017, developing a strong foundation in anatomy, clinical assessment, and therapeutic treatment. Her practice is grounded, intuitive, and client-centered, with an emphasis on helping individuals feel safe, supported, and deeply cared for.
Her energy work path began in 2014, when she first discovered Reiki and the transformative power of subtle healing. She went on to receive her Reiki Master certification in 2022, cultivating her ability to hold space for energetic balance and nervous system regulation.
In addition to her bodywork and energy healing background, Katrina is a certified yoga instructor, completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kala Yoga in 2020, followed by Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. Her classes are steady, intentional, and accessible, inviting participants to slow down, focus inward, and reconnect with their inner landscape.
Katrina also brings valuable experience from her earlier career as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from the Humber/UNB collaborative program in 2010 and worked in both Palliative Care and Office OB/GYN. This medical background enriches her holistic practice, allowing her to blend compassion with clinical understanding.
Across all of her education and experience, Katrina has seamlessly woven together her clinical expertise, hands-on therapeutic skills, energetic work, and mindful movement, to provide a comprehensive tapestry of holistic care. Katrina’s mission is simple: to foster a grounded, nurturing environment where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal at their own pace.
